There’s been a lot of discussion, some serious and some snarky, about the rapture coming today.
Personally, I don’t believe God sends an Outlook calendar invitation for the end of the world, but I respect anyone’s right to believe whatever feels true to you.
Still, the talk has gotten me thinking about a big philosophical question: if you truly believe Saturday is the end of your time on Earth, how do you spend that day? Do you spend it in solemn prayer, preparing to meet your maker? Or do you load up the day with your favorite people, favorite foods, favorite music, like a big going away party?
So readers, how would you spend your last day on Earth?
And is that what you’re doing today, just in case?

I’d eat more key lime pie.

HUUUUUGE feast and party with loved ones, letting them know I love them. Equal parts laughing and crying. “And in the end, the love you take is equal to the love you make.”
